Unless permission is expressly granted, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, redistributed, sold, or otherwise exploited.

Trademarks

Names, logos, game titles, product names, slogans, and other branding associated with Inky Dame Interactive may be protected under applicable trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.

This may include the Inky Dame Interactive name and branding, as well as titles such as Everbound, Lorehaven, Matchwood, and Whisker Haven Sanctuary. The status of individual names may vary by jurisdiction and stage of commercial use.

Nothing on this website grants a license to use our names, logos, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or official status.

Fan content

We appreciate community enthusiasm for our work. You may create non-commercial, clearly unofficial fan content such as:

  • Fan art and illustrations
  • Cosplay
  • Fan fiction
  • Community guides
  • Memes and wallpapers
  • Screenshots and gameplay clips

Fan content must not imply that it is official, endorsed, sponsored, or produced by Inky Dame Interactive. It must not be sold or used primarily for commercial gain without written permission.

Fan content must also comply with applicable law, respect the rights of other creators, and avoid unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing use. We reserve the right to request removal of content that misrepresents our work or creates legal, safety, or reputational concerns.

Streaming and video content

Players may create and monetize gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, reactions, tutorials, and similar transformative content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Facebook Gaming, and Kick.

Content should include meaningful commentary, editing, criticism, education, or original presentation. Standalone redistribution of game files, music, cinematic sequences, dialogue libraries, artwork, or other extracted assets is not allowed.

Please credit Inky Dame Interactive and identify the featured game or application where practical.

Press and editorial use

Journalists, reviewers, educators, and other media professionals may use official screenshots, trailers, promotional artwork, and approved logos for truthful editorial coverage of our studio and projects.

Official logos should not be materially altered beyond reasonable resizing, cropping, or formatting required for publication. Usage must not imply endorsement of an unrelated product, company, campaign, or viewpoint.

Asset usage

Unless we have provided written permission or a separate license, you may not:

  • Repackage, redistribute, or sell our artwork or source assets
  • Create merchandise using our artwork, logos, or branding without permission
  • Mint our artwork or other protected materials as NFTs
  • Use our protected assets to train machine learning or AI models without permission
  • Remove or conceal copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
  • Present official-looking material that falsely implies our approval or sponsorship

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on this website infringes your intellectual property, or that someone is improperly using intellectual property belonging to Inky Dame Interactive, contact us with enough information to evaluate the issue.

Please include, where applicable:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the protected work
  • The location of the allegedly infringing material
  • A description of why the use is unauthorized
  • Supporting documentation or proof of ownership
