You may browse the website, share links to publicly available pages, review information about our projects, and contact the studio for lawful personal, editorial, or business purposes. Any other use requires prior written permission from Inky Dame Interactive.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents—including the Inky Dame Interactive name, logos, artwork, characters, stories, project names, text, graphics, audio, video, software, and design—are owned by or licensed to Inky Dame Interactive and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Prohibited conduct
You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse contact forms, or use the website or its content for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
Unsolicited ideas and submissions
Please do not send confidential or proprietary game concepts, stories, characters, business proposals, or other creative ideas unless we have specifically requested them. We may already be developing similar material. Sending an unsolicited submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or compensation obligation.
